Returns, Exchange & Refunds

We take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering your Souper Goodness products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or opened items for health and safety reasons.

We will gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following situations:

  • Damaged or faulty items: Products that arrive damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect items: Products that are different from what was ordered.

  • Missing items: Products that were paid for but not included in your delivery.

To request a replacement, exchange, or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or our online contact form.

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photographs showing the issue (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect items, missing contents).

    • A brief description of the problem.

  3. Our team will assess your claim and may request the return of the affected product(s) for inspection where applicable.

  4. If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

 

Important Notes:

  • We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • For international orders, refunds and replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis due to customs restrictions and shipping costs.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
