About Us
Embrace optimal health with SOUPER GOODNESS
Our Story - From Family Tradition to Modern Motherhood Support
Souper Goodness is a Melbourne-based postpartum recovery brand offering traditional Chinese confinement soups, herbal teas, and wellness bundles for new mothers, shipped Australia-wide.
Our signature 28-Day Confinement Soup Program features 28 unique daily herbal blends designed to support energy, circulation, lactation, and hormonal balance during postpartum recovery.
For over a decade, our family business has been known for high-quality bird's nest, fish maw, and other premium delicacies. Over time, we realized that mothers needed trusted, convenient, and safe postpartum solutions — so Souper Goodness expanded into herbal soups, teas, and wellness blends, blending centuries of Chinese tradition with modern nutrition science.
