INGREDIENTS:
Blumea Balsamifera, Dried Mugwort Leaves Artemisia Argyi, Dried
Lemongrass Cymbopogon Citratus, Dried Ginger Zingiber officinale,
Dried Lavender Lavandula Angustifolia Mill
10 sachets (40g x 10)
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Method 1:
Steep 1 sachet in 3 litres of hot water for 15-30 minutes, or boil with 3 litres of water for 15-30 minutes. Cool to 37-42°C.
- Sponge Bath: Use a sponge or washcloth to wipe the body.
- Foot Bath: Transfer to a foot bath basin, soak feet for 10-20 minutes.
Method 2:
Steep 2 sachets in 3 litres of hot water for 15-30 minutes, or boil with 3 litres of water for 15-30 minutes. Top up with 3 litres of warm water or more if required, cool to 37-42°C.
- Showering and Hair Washing: Rinse the body and hair using a shower ladle.
- Bath: Transfer to bathtub and soak body for 10-20 minutes. (Bath is not suitable during postpartum, menstruation or with open wounds)
TIPS :
- Squeeze the bath sachet to release herbal essence.
- After bath, dry off and dress promptly to prevent exposure to cold drafts.
