Low milk supply can be influenced by many factors, such as feeding technique, frequency, nutrition, and stress.
This tea may be enjoyed occasionally to help support comfort and wellbeing during breastfeeding. For mothers with an established milk flow (usually by week 2–3 postpartum), it is best consumed intermittently rather than daily, and alternated with other nourishing options such as Souper Goodness Dangshen Red Date Tea.
For healthy milk supply, always prioritise good hydration, balanced nutrition, and frequent feeding.
