HOW TO COOK :

Rinse the herbs briefly. Add herbs, 1.5 litres water and 350 g of preferred meat (pre-blanch if using bone in meat) to pot. Boil over high heat for 5 minutes, cover and reduce to simmer for at least an hour.
- Method 2
Rinse the herbs briefly. Add herbs, 1.0 litre water and 350 g of preferred meat (pre-blanch if using bone in meat) to pot. Select the 'Soup' function, cooking for 1.5-2 hours on high or 3-4 hours on low, depending on your electric cooker model
Choose from meat such as skinless chicken, lean pork, pork ribs, or opt for vegetables such as lotus root, Chinese yam, carrot, sweet corn, assorted mushroom etc.
TIPS :
If signs of internal heat appear, it’s recommended to take the soups every other day while continuing in the suggested order to avoid over-supplementation.
