At Souper Goodness, we take food safety seriously and aim to provide accurate ingredient information for all of our products. However, due to the nature of our manufacturing and packing processes, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Possible Allergens
Some products may contain, or come into contact with, allergens including but not limited to: peanuts, tree nuts, seeds (including sesame), shellfish, crustacea, fish, gluten-containing cereals, soy, dairy, eggs, sulphites, and lupin.

-
Shared Handling & Cross-Contact
While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our products are prepared, packed, and stored in facilities that also handle the allergens listed above. As a result, trace amounts may be present, even if not listed as an ingredient.

-
Labelling & Ingredient Checks
All mandatory allergens are declared in accordance with the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Code. We encourage customers to always read the product ingredient list on the packaging before consumption.

Medical Advice
If you have a severe food allergy, intolerance, or specific dietary concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming our products.

Customer Responsibility
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that Souper Goodness is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by the presence, trace presence, or cross-contact of allergens. Consumption is at the customer’s own risk.
